By downloading, accessing, or using the QuranWave application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuranWave provides a platform for Quran reading, listening, streaming, and media browsing. The App is designed to offer a premium, focused experience for daily reflection and recitation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Misusing the App or its services
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting content from the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Content and Source Disclaimer

QuranWave acts as a player and interface for various content. Some recitations, tafsir, radio streams, and media are provided by third-party sources (such as MP3Quran and AlQuran Cloud).

Content availability depends entirely on these third-party sources and may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific reciter, stream, or media file.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, interface, and original graphics belong to QuranWave.

We do not claim ownership of the Quran text, recitations, translations, or third-party media. All third-party Quranic audio, text, and media content belongs to its respective owners and providers.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QuranWave makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuranWave or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if QuranWave or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
